SMS / text messaging terms
By checking a consent box on a D Brothers Realty, LLC form, you agree to receive the selected category of text messages at the phone number you provide. The two categories are offered as separate, optional opt-ins:
- Marketing: new listings, market updates, and promotional offers.
- Non-marketing: responses to your inquiries, appointment reminders, and transaction updates.
Each opt-in is independent and optional, and is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt in
Submit a website form with your phone number and select the optional checkbox for marketing messages, non-marketing messages, or both. You may leave both unchecked and still submit the form.

Rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
